The Values-to-Decisions Blueprint
Most people's values were handed to them — by a parent, a religion, a version of success someone else defined. And they've been making decisions from that place ever since. This guided experience walks you through the process I use with every coaching client. You'll identify your actual core values and walk away with a personalized decision-making framework that tells you exactly what alignment looks like in your life.

I need room to make my own calls, even when it's slower than someone deciding for me.
Questions to sit with
— Am I being asked for input, or just informed of a decision?
— Would I make this same call if no one was watching?

Watch for
Saying yes to a process you'd never choose, just to avoid the friction of pushing back.
One example value card that you'll get with your Blueprint.
Four steps, guided end to end.
Identify Your Core Values
Start with five or more meaningful moments — times you felt energized, proud, or like something important was compromised. Nothing abstract; just what actually happened, and what it meant.
You leave with — A set of real moments to draw from, instead of a generic list of values to pick from.
What I'm Hearing
I look across everything you shared — not one moment at a time, since patterns don't show up in a single moment, they show up in what keeps repeating — and reflect back what I'm noticing. From there, you distill to the 3 to 5 values that are actually non-negotiable for you.
You leave with — 3–5 core values, pressure-tested and written in your own words.
Making It Real
A value is just a word until you know what it looks like. For each one, you define what it looks like honored, and what it looks like violated — specific enough to recognize in the moment, not just in hindsight.
You leave with — Behavioral anchors for each value — so you can catch alignment or misalignment in real time.
Bringing It Together
Everything you've named gets pulled into one place, followed by three closing questions about what surprised you and how this changes the way you'll evaluate decisions going forward.
You leave with — Your personal Values-to-Decisions Blueprint — a PDF you keep.
A framework you can use for big and small decisions, and when you begin feeling a misalignment in your life.
- The next time an offer, a promotion, or a request looks good on paper but feels off, you'll have the language to explain exactly why.
- You catch misalignment while it's happening — in the meeting, in the moment — instead of three months later when you're already burned out again.
- A personalized guide to reopen before any decision, not a worksheet that gets buried in a drive.
